DON’T LOSE HOPE, DON’T DESPAIR

Many of us have desperate needs and desires in our lives. Many times we think the Heavens are closed to us and all hope is lost but we are here to intercede in prayer for one another; to strengthen one another; and to encourage one another. Don’t lose hope, don’t despair. Read the few scriptures below and be mindful.

1 Timothy 2:

v3- I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, PRAYERS, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;”

We are commanded to pray for all, that we may lead quiet and peaceful lives.

1 John 3:

v22- And whatsoever we ASK, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
v23- And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

The Lord answers prayers but take note that he requires us to keep his commandments, believing that Christ is the deliverer and deal with each other according to the commandments.

2 John

v6- And this is love, that we walk after His commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning ye should walk in it.

Proverbs 28

v9- He that turneth away his ear from hearing the LAW, even his PRAYER shall be abomination.

This is not taught in the world today but when you reject God’s laws he doesn’t accept your prayers. This is a harsh yet scriptural reality. Satan however is more than willing to help those that disobey God’s laws.

Luke 4:

v6- And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
v7- If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

Therefore choose who you want to answer your prayers.

The Lord taught us in-

Mark 11

v24- Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye PRAY, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Remember repenting of your sins and keeping the commandments is the solution to have prayers answered, coupled with FAITH. You must believe that your prayers are answered regardless of how long it seems.
